I know you may have gotten up today and felt the weight of the world on your shoulders..
But head up, darling,
You got this.
It doesn’t matter where you’ve been or how hard your road has been, today is another chance..
To spread your wings and start to soar.
To climb out of the darkness that holds you back.
To begin to believe in all the things you’ve lost along the way-
Love, hope, joy.
Every end is a new beginning and every sunrise is full of possibilities.
I know you’ve had a tough time lately..
But you’re still here, you’re still standing.
Stop worrying about the why, the how and the when and start living.
You’ve been struggling day to day and moment to moment for far too long.
You’re capable of more, you deserve more.
Maybe you’ve stopped believing that because someone hurt you and caused you to doubt it all..
But stop listening to the negativity.
You’re beautiful, strong and unique in all the ways that matter,
And anyone that doesn’t see that..

It's that time of year: spending time with family & friends while trying to avoid the germs! This year, go beyond wiping down surfaces - check the air quality and keep the temperature comfortable for everyone. Keeping the IAQ (Indoor Air Quality) of my house in check is definitely being added to my holiday to-do list this year!
