CMHC students in Dr. Mark Schwarze's Intro to Clinical Mental Health Counseling class participated in a bilateral movement and drawing exercise facilitated by CMHC Program alum Sylvia Eleese Sequina-Hitchcock. Once completed, they processed the exercise and connected it to wellness and self-care.
