Today my mind just… didn’t want to settle. I kept waiting for that deep drop-in, but instead my thoughts were loud and busy. So I shifted. I spent the hour listing everything I’m grateful for – the tiny things, the big things, and all the in-between things I usually rush past.

One by one, the list grew.
And even though my thoughts were active, my body stayed relaxed.
The pod felt steady. It felt safe.

Somewhere along the way, everything softened.
My breath slowed, and I felt this warm, steady sense of appreciation settle in.

I walked out feeling light and grounded, almost buzzing with gratitude.
A good reminder that every float offers something different – and today it gave me exactly what I needed.
