Join us each New Moon for Breath and Bliss, a sacred space to pause, breathe, and realign with the natural rhythms of the Moon.

Each gathering you will be expertly guide through intentional breathwork and meditation designed to help you release, reset, and plant new seeds of intention in harmony with the lunar cycle.

As the New Moon invites stillness and renewal, we’ll explore the power of the breath to ground the body, calm the mind, and awaken the heart. Together, we’ll cultivate clarity, connection, and inner peace — aligning our energy with the quiet magic of new beginnings.

Lie down in a comfortable position and allow your body to rest.
Take 3 slow, deep breaths.
Now, gently imagine your body moving through yoga poses that feel nourishing and supportive—no effort, just ease and imagination.
Take 3 more full breaths and begin to visualize life-force energy (prana) flowing through your body. This may appear as light, color, warmth, sound, or whatever feels most natural to you.

I’ve just returned home from traveling, studying, and practicing in the birthplace of yoga—India. Time there feels fluid, and any expectations of what might or should happen quickly become irrelevant. Incredible India—and the universe—has her own timing and plans, ones that rarely match what I think should unfold.

So I learned to let go… and then let go again. To surrender to what is instead of listening to the familiar stories my mind loves to repeat like a scratched record.

Layer by layer, I surrendered into the flow—anchored by daily asana (postures), pranayama (breath control,) kriya (purposeful action) and meditation—and something beautiful happened. A remembering. A deep, cellular knowing that I am already whole and complete. That there is nothing to strive for, no worth to prove. When the stories of lack fall away, what remains is a fullness of being.

Living and moving in Love. Letting Love move through me.
This is coming home.

This Tuesday night, I’ll be sharing a class themed around coming home as we move through a mindful flow of asana, breath, and stillness. A practice designed to leave you full, complete, and connected as we move beyond the limits of the ego, tune into universal flow, and open to our essential nature—beyond bliss. Coming home to ourselves.
