HEY YA!! Happy Holidays from one of your local LMTs and residents of Boone County iowa.
I just wanted to pop on here and give a shout out to this fine, hardworking, loving, and compassionate family!
Tis the season, n between last year season n this years season- all i had to do is contact them and they went ABOVE N BEYOND to help me send an Iowan gift pkg to my Brother in Ohio. Last year was quite a fiasco, my brother's gift was actually stolen from his apartment stoop 😭 and these humans - resent him another care pkg!!! - outstanding in my book!!
This year, I had hip replacement surgery, and all I had to do is message them. Talk it out. N presto Magick- they sent him a pkg for me!!
I tell ya-- this is top shelf customer service, live, dedication!
