A HUGE THANK YOU to all of our very generous donors! We are happy to announce that our Angel tree requests were all fulfilled and then some! There were so many gifts that we could not display all of them in this picture. We are SO very lucky to have all of our amazing patients that continue to help us support families in Boone every year during the holiday season. We hope everyone has a very Merry Christmas!

Don't get spooked by the “pop”! During a chiropractic adjustment, that crack you hear isn't your bones being "cracked" by your manipulator, but gas bubbles in your joints!

Here's the science: chiropractic manipulators create a quick pressure change within your joints. This causes dissolved gasses like nitrogen to fizz out and form bubbles. The sound you hear is those bubbles popping! Think of it like shaking up a soda can and then opening it.
