The Pain Clinic staff at Boone County Hospital is here to help with your pain! Call (515) 433-8760 Monday through Friday, 9 a.m.–3 p.m.

Procedures include:
• Epidural & facet injections
• Nerve blocks (medial branch, occipital, intercostal, SI, geniculate)
• Radiofrequency ablations
• Joint injections (knee, hip, shoulder)
• Trigger point injections
• Botox for migraines

Other Services
• Non-opioid medication management
• Diagnostic imaging/testing
• Surgical referrals

Referrals are preferred but not required. Call (515) 433-8760 for appointments.
