Boone Rehabilitation Services, PC is a privately owned company located in the Boone County Hospital. Tom Schaefer, PT and Tony Mack, PT have been providing services for Boone and surrounding communities since 1986. It has expanded into physical, occupational, and speech therapy, as well as, athletic training. These departments provide rehab services for outpatient, inpatient, nursing home, and homecare, and they provide athletic training services for high school and junior college athletics. Currently, Boone Rehab has 9 physical therapists, 3 physical therapy assistants, 3 occupational therapists, 2 occupational therapy assistants, 2 speech pathologists, 1 athletic trainer, and 1 secretary on staff.
