Due to the arrival of Snowstorm Fern, my practice will be closed this weekend and likely into next week depending on road conditions and safety.

Your well-being matters to me both on and off the treatment table, and I don’t want anyone traveling in unsafe conditions (including you). Please stay home, stay warm, and take this as an invitation to slow down and rest your nervous system in simple ways: blankets, warm showers, early bedtimes, and gentle stretches.

I will reach out to reschedule any affected appointments as soon as it’s safe to reopen. Thank you for your understanding and care for our mountain weather.

When I moved to the gorgeous mountains of western North Carolina I took a leap of faith, continued in my commitment in creating a warm and welcoming space. This is home.

Hello Winter ❄️! As the first official day of winter marks our calendar we prepare for the “new”.

Changes in our skin, hair, scalp and body. All of these are a reflection of the nature all around us.

From the incoming of colder days ahead we say hello to hot cocoa nights and a period of rest, shorter sunlit days and welcome sleep.

Winter symbolizes the gift of slowing down and in some cases a welcomed pause.

As we nestle in and mentally and emotionally prepare for a new season, I hope the coming changes are good for you.
