🎉 Spring 2026 Kids Aerial Yoga Registration is NOW OPEN! 🎉
at Resilient Health & Wellness

Our kids’ classes are back this spring on Wednesdays, and we’re so excited to welcome your child into another fun, confidence-building 12-week session!

📅 Dates:
February 4th – April 29th
(We will not meet during Booneville Schools’ Spring Break.)

🕒 Class Times by Age Group:
• 3:30 PM – Ages 5–7
• 4:30 PM – Ages 8–11
• 5:30 PM – Ages 12+

💲 Cost: $235 + tax for the full 12-week session
• Payment plans are available!
• Spots fill quickly — early registration is encouraged.

Our aerial yoga program builds strength, confidence, regulation skills, flexibility, and body awareness in a fun and supportive environment!

🦃 Factual Friday — Heading Into Holiday Week

As we move into Thanksgiving week, schedules get busy, routines shift, and it’s easy to put yourself last.

This is your gentle reminder to:
✨ double-check our holiday schedule
✨ plan the classes or practices you can make
✨ and don’t forget to move your body, even if it’s just a few minutes

A little movement = a lot more ease during the holiday rush.

🌙 Wellness Wednesday — Yoga Poses for Better Sleep

If your mind has been racing at night or your body feels too wired to wind down, try this calming bedtime mini-flow to help settle your nervous system:

1️⃣ Legs Up the Wall
Reduces stress hormones, improves circulation, and signals the body to slow down.

2️⃣ Seated Forward Fold
Gently stretches the back body and encourages deep, slow breathing.

3️⃣ Cow Stretch (the “cow” part of cat/cow)
Opens the chest + ribs to release tension and create space for fuller breaths.

4️⃣ Child’s Pose
Calms the mind, softens the hips, and taps into the parasympathetic nervous system.

5️⃣ Standing Forward Fold
Relieves neck + shoulder tension, decompresses the spine, and reduces anxiety.

6️⃣ Bridge Pose
Opens the heart, releases the hip flexors, and helps regulate the lower back before sleep.

✨ Take 5–8 slow breaths in each pose, keep the lights low, and let your body soften with each exhale.

You don’t have to force sleep — you can gently guide your body into it. 🤍

Tomorrow is the last kids aerial class of the year before we pause for the holidays and school winter break. ❄️🎄

🎉 Parents are invited!
We’ll be showing off our aerial skills during the last 20 minutes of class, so come join in on the fun and celebrate how much your kiddos have learned! 💜🌀

Classes will start back the first week of February.

If you already know your child is returning, let us know! We’ll be opening registration soon and want to make sure your spot is saved.

🌀 Movement Monday — Simple Ways to Move Your Body (No Yoga Required)

Movement doesn’t have to be complicated or structured to make a huge difference in how you feel.

Here are a few simple, low-effort ways to move that help release stress, increase circulation, and reset your nervous system:

1️⃣ Two-Minute Shake-Out
Gently shake your hands, arms, legs, and shoulders.
This helps release stored tension and signals your body to let go of stress.

2️⃣ Slow Neck Rolls
Move your head side to side, then front to back — slowly.
This releases the upper traps, where stress loves to live.

3️⃣ Doorway Chest Opener
Place your hands on a doorway and gently lean through it.
Perfect for reversing “phone posture” and clearing stuck energy in the chest.

4️⃣ Ankle and Wrist Circles
These tiny joints affect your balance, mobility, and circulation more than you think.
Great for anyone sitting at a desk most of the day.

5️⃣ 10 Deep Belly Breaths While Walking
A short walk + slow breathing = an instant nervous system reset.
No equipment. No pressure. Just a calmer body in minutes.

6️⃣ Hip Swings or Figure-8 Hips
This helps release lower-back tension and improves fluidity through the pelvis — especially helpful after sitting too long.

Wednesday, November 19th marks the last day of our kids aerial yoga classes for this session! Parents are invited to join us at the end of class to watch their little flyers show off their amazing aerial skills and celebrate all they’ve learned. 💫
