On June 21-22, I will be riding in my first cycling event EVER - to the tune of 60 miles! I am beyond excited to share it with my friend Andrea who has been living (and kicking a$$) with ALS for over 11 yrs.

Congrats to the Washington County Running Festival on amazing energy at the inaugural Hub City Half Marathon. 🏃‍♂️🏃🏾❤️💛🖤

Renee & Shannon hosted the aide station at mile 3 / 10, while Susie and Rick held down the finish line fort for BodySense PT (Physical Therapy) , Riks Cafe & SEE, Inc.
