We want to thank you for your patience as we’ve been experiencing longer turnaround times due to continuous increases in demand and want to be transparent about what those turnaround times are, when we expect to normalize, and what we're doing to mitigate these issues in the future.
These delays are primarily isolated to our Arizona location, at 7-10 business days. Our other locations are still experiencing normal turnaround times.
We're anticipating that Arizona's turnaround times will be normalized in 2-3 weeks.
Since opening in 2018, we’ve experienced several of these growth spurts, and although they can create short-term growing pains like this, we’ve always come out of them better equipped to support you and your patients.
Here are some short and mid-term steps we’re taking to address this head-on:
Immediately:
We’re still gating the onboarding of new clinics until turnaround times have normalized. Many patients want to switch to Strive, which we’re thrilled about, but we need to make sure our existing patients are prioritized first and foremost.
We’re ramping up more hiring for roles that directly contribute to our production capacity and fulfillment.
We’re streamlining various manual processes with new technologies or more efficient processes.
Short-to-mid-term:
We’re expanding square footage within existing and new facilities.
We're close to adding more licensed states to our Florida location, which will alleviate pressure on clinics who solely depend on Arizona for their prescriptions.
We’re investing in our operational infrastructure (such as automation and robotics) to meet both near and long-term needs.
