I will be hosting a New Moon Cacao Circle on Sunday, August 4th @ Confluence Arts Center. Afterward, Andre @ Kalayaan Sound and I will provide you with an incredible sound ceremony and open a rare portal by playing two didgeridoos in synchrony.

Join us for a New Moon Cacao Circle, followed by a Community Sound Ceremony. As we harness the energy of the New Moon, symbolizing new beginnings, growth, and transformation, we'll take some time to look inward, reflect on our lives, and create new affirmations to embody. Come for one or both!

I'm really looking forward to facilitating InnerDance practice at the Season 3 Kickoff Weekend on June 1-2 at Confluence Arts Center! This awesome community event will offer a taste of the amazing classes, workshops and retreats happening all summer long.

Save the Date for our Season 3 Kickoff Weekend June 1-2! We’re so excited for all the awesome events and offerings that are in the works for this summer. This kickoff weekend will offer an opportunity to check out some of the amazing facilitators who’ll be sharing classes, workshops and retreats throughout the season, while also connecting to community and time in nature.

A little hint of what’s in store throughout the weekend: Yoga and mindful movement classes with Brianna , Gina and and Suzann ; community sound with Andre , Inner Dance experience with Allison .holds.space , a performance salon, potluck, hopefully a dance party and more TBA! More details to come!
