Even when working through the face and head, the body kept leading back here—this center of processing, identity, and energetic “holding.”

When this area is overactive, it can show up as:

– shallow or restricted breathing

– feeling mentally “on” all the time

✨ Reiki Reflections ✨

When I say I’m spirit-led… I truly mean it.

Today, I had no clients scheduled, but I had things to get done at the studio to prepare for this weekend’s event. So I showed up dressed for the part—cleaning, organizing, and resetting the space 🧹🕯️

As I was finishing up and getting ready to leave, I heard “stay” from Spirit.

So… I stayed. Because there’s always something to do, right? I started working on my next project (and let’s be honest—my brain gets a little squirrel-y sometimes 🐿️😂 and the studio helps me focus… iykyk).

Not long after, a beautiful soul walked in—curious about what I do and asking if I had availability for a session today.

And just like that… it clicked ✨

Earlier, I didn’t understand why I was being guided to stay—and I didn’t need to. This is what it looks like to lean in and trust that higher guidance.

I truly love how the universe works. When you trust your intuition and follow the energy guiding you, you find yourself exactly where you’re meant to be 💜

I’m so grateful to do this work. Supporting others through things like sleep challenges, pain, headaches, emotional waves, and more through Reiki and Reflexology fills my heart. Every session is unique… including today’s “unplanned,” but divinely guided one 🙏✨
