Pentec Health is excited to announce the acquisition of Hartley Medical Center Pharmacy, expanding our capabilities in intrathecal pain and implanted pump therapy.

Hartley Medical is nationally recognized for its expertise in sterile compounding of intrathecal medications and brings more than 30 years of experience supporting interventional pain physicians across the U.S.

This acquisition strengthens Pentec’s integrated care model, bringing together pharmacy services, nursing care, and administrative support to help reduce complexity and improve flexibility across sites of care.

“Hartley Medical has built a reputation for clinical excellence and deep partnership with pain physicians,” said Matthew Deans, Chief Executive Officer of Pentec Health. “By bringing our organizations together, we’re expanding our ability to support providers with a more seamless, flexible model of care that ultimately benefits both physicians and patients.”

Hartley Medical will continue operating from its Long Beach, CA pharmacy, with founder William Stuart remaining on as General Manager.
