A food processing company came to us with a serious issue.

Their team was cleaning high-temperature equipment with brushes that could not handle the heat. The bristles were melting during the cleaning process, creating a risk that brush material could end up in the product.

That is not just a cleaning problem. That is a food safety problem.

Our solution was to provide a PEEK brush designed to withstand high temperatures and perform in demanding environments where standard bristles simply are not enough.

Monterey brought the weather, the views, and the energy, and Safe Food California absolutely delivered. 🌊🌊🌅

It was a great few days connecting with so many people who are passionate about food safety and the future of the industry. One thing was clear from the conversations we had: TRUST. People trust us to make sure their food is safe. The best part is that Amerisan couldn't have a clearer mission statement that aligns with this motif.

Metal detectable pens were a big hit. It is always exciting to see so much interest in simple tools that can make such a big impact on food safety and foreign material prevention.
