Capital Health LIFE is a health care option for seniors living in Mercer County and sections of Burlington County. LIFE St.

We help seniors maintain independence in the comfort of home. Francis is a health care option for seniors living in Mercer and sections of Burlington County. We are a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), helping seniors live safely at home while being helped by a team of geriatric experts.
