Capital Health LIFE is a health care option for seniors living in Mercer County and sections of Burlington County. LIFE St.

We help seniors maintain independence in the comfort of home. Francis is a health care option for seniors living in Mercer and sections of Burlington County. We are a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), helping seniors live safely at home while being helped by a team of geriatric experts.

Santa made a special visit with our participants, spreading joy, laughter, and holiday cheer. The smiles were contagious, and it was wonderful to see how much happiness the visit brought—not only to our participants, but to our staff as well. Moments like these truly capture the spirit of the season and the sense of community we share.

Today our participants spread holiday cheer through Christmas caroling, with Maile on the piano, filling the center with music, smiles, and festive spirit. Even the Grinch stopped by, making the day extra special and full of laughter! 🎶💚
