Asking for help is good and necessary. But don't become so dependent on others that you stop running to Jesus.

We live out what we believe to be true.

What we believe about God, the world, and ourselves/others, will either drive us toward God, or away from God.

Hebrews 3:12-14 Take care, brothers, lest there be in any of you an evil, unbelieving heart, leading you to fall away from the living God. But exhort one another every day, as long as it is called “today,” that none of you may be hardened by the deceitfulness of sin. For we have come to share in Christ, if indeed we hold our original confidence firm to the end.

Transformation isn’t behavior modification; it’s belief renovation, worked by the Spirit through the Word.

Romans 12:2 Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.

Something that rarely gets admitted: Some of us are tired of caring for others, and some of us are tired of being the ones cared for. Real, honest, and humble care does not happen quickly. Your faithfulness is not marked by how quickly you overcome something or get someone past their suffering. Hebrews 3:12-13 reminds us, "Take care, brothers (and sisters), exhort one another, every day, as long as it is called 'today'." Don't give up or give in. Watch one another and encourage one another. Every. Day. Jesus is worth it.

On the outside you may appear to be a people pleaser, but on the inside, you are a “self” pleaser. Bowing to idols of comfort, security, and ease.

Weakness is not an interruption to the Christian life—it’s part of it.

Needing help doesn’t disqualify you. It reminds you that you belong to a body, not just to yourself.

You were never meant to carry the weight of life alone.

God didn’t design His people to struggle in isolation. Christian faith has always been personal—but never private.
