Caprock Nursing and Rehabilitation is a facility that offers Long term care as well as rehabilitation services, respite care, and memory care.

We have Occupational, Speech and Physical Therapy. Back to Her Blessed Life: Pat Minton’s Caprock Success Story"

After undergoing knee surgery in McKinney, Texas, Pat Marchman shared that her surgeon, knowing she was from Borger, insisted she come to Caprock Nursing & Rehabilitation. His confidence in Caprock—and the success he had seen with other patients—made it the best choice for Pat.

Pat explains that her therapy at Caprock was very beneficial to her recovery. She shared that the experienced team of physical and occupation therapists were encouraging, skilled, and committed to helping her regain strength and confidence. Pat also quoted, “Caprock is a fantastic facility.”

Pat spent three weeks at Caprock, and she was very grateful for the experienced staff and the exceptional care she received throughout her stay. With the kindness and compassion of the entire team, her therapy was successful and she continued to heal and grow stronger.

Because of the progress she made, Pat was able to quickly return to her routine with her husband Jim by her side-enjoying her nine grandkids, eight great-grandkids, and the blessed life she cherishes.

Meet our housekeeping supervisor, Kellie 🧽

Kellie has worked at Caprock Nursing and Rehabilitation for 9 years come January. Starting with a position in another department, Kellie later took the leadership role as the housekeeping supervisor and has done a marvelous job with her department and our facility!

Although high ratings during audits keeps Kellie motivated, her main goal is aimed at making the residents feel like they are in their own home. Whetherthey are going in for a daily clean or rearranging pictures - the goal is resident comfort, safety, and home 🏠 On a side note: Kellie is the guru at assembling rooms, take a look at our showroom on your next visit - sneak peak also coming soon 👀

Fun fact: Kellie is a cancer survivor, who would’ve known since she doesn’t let that stop her from keeping her team on track, working with her team, and surpassing her goals?!
