Caprock Nursing and Rehabilitation Center Caprock Nursing and Rehabilitation is a facility that offers Long term care as well as rehabilitation services, respite care, and memory care.

We have Occupational, Speech and Physical Therapy. We would like everyone to meet the wonderful president of our Resident Council. He does an incredible job representing our residents, always speaking up for them and helping make our nursing home a better place.

His kindness, leadership, and positive attitude make a big difference every day. Our residents and staff truly appreciate everything he does. We are so lucky to have him! ❤️👏
