If you aren’t sure where to start with yoga, start here. Our Basics of Yoga workshop style classes with Liam in January are a perfect opportunity to try out the studio and learn the fundamentals of a yoga practice in a safe supportive environment equipped with all of the props and support you may need.

Happy Holidays Borrego!

Please note our holiday schedule for the next two weeks as well as the addition of a new class starting on 1/1- 4pm Gentle Stretch!

Gentle Stretch will be held every Tuesday and Thursday at 4pm and is perfect for beginners or those with limited mobility. Class will be primarily seated or laying down and will incorporate stretching, yin yoga and functional mobility work.
