Just had an acupuncture, cupping, and massage treatment with . It’s a wonderful modality for stress and pain relief. I used to have these treatments regularly years ago and I’m ecstatic that Lara is now working in Borrego. And, if you’re worried about the marks on my skin, they’re like temporary tattoos. They’ll go away soon enough. In the meantime my back pain is pretty much gone with the cups. 😉

Lara will be participating at out upcoming Spring Wellness Faire on March 15. She’ll be doing a demo in the morning and private sessions in the afternoon.
