Since joining Elite in 2021, she’s been instrumental in creating innovative people strategies, building strong workforce partnerships, and cultivating a culture where employees feel valued, supported, and inspired to succeed.

Cody is the proud owner of Elite Business Resources and Elite Medical Resources, and his story is all about hard work, heart, and community.

With a strong background in the oil and gas industry, Cody knows firsthand how important it is to build and support a reliable workforce. His passion for community development inspired him to create Elite — helping people every step of the way, from pre-employment services to job placement and post-employment support.

Cody believes in giving back — whether it’s supporting local businesses, shopping small, or investing in Bossier Schools and Caddo Parish Public Schools to empower the next generation.

When he’s not helping others succeed, you’ll find Cody out on the golf course trying for that hole-in-one ⛳ or spending time with his best buddy, Tank 🐾.
