It has been a while since I posted one

My needs some extra and to feel like I can
I am craving fresh , protein, and iron so let's go.
You might call this a "binge".
Here is what would be on my :
- Hard boiled
- An (Sliced up with some salt and pepper)
- a Homemade , feta, cucumber, red onion and dill salad

- hummus and tzaziki
(for spreading or dipping)
- dark rye slices (you just cut up your toast add seasoning and oil)
And some lemon juice, olives and maybe a lentil soup to top it off.....

In honor of being when having less...
