If you struggle with binge eating, you already know:
The binge isn’t what hurts the most.
It’s the self-talk after.

“I have no willpower.”
“I ruined everything.”
“I’ll never change.”

Pause.

What if the breakthrough isn’t more discipline…
but less bullying?

You don’t heal binge eating by hating yourself into smaller portions.
You heal it by talking to yourself like someone worth saving.

Try this instead:
✨ “I had a hard moment. That doesn’t make me a failure.”
✨ “My body isn’t the problem.”
✨ “I can start again without punishing myself.”

Shame fuels the cycle.
Compassion breaks it.

Be the voice that helps you get up — not the one that keeps you down.

NEW COCHRANE REVIEW of 22 studies, 1995 participants showing that intermittent fasting results in little or no difference in weight loss or quality of life.

Compared with doing nothing at all, IF likely results in little or no difference.

I was saddened to hear that a small number of secondary school teachers are promoting certain creators who scrutinize food labels for 'additives'.

This is not okay. In my opinion, it's teaching teenagers to view food as good and bad and instilling a sense of guilt in their choices.
