Don't make this mistake!

If your children hear that chocolate is bad and they 'shouldnt' eat it, then they will likely just want it more.

Use this as an opportunity to have the 'chocolate chat' with your child.

This is the dark side of tracking apps like my fitness pal that no one is talking about.

I urge you to consider moving away from using these apps. They are taking your further away from healing your relationship with food.
