The next time you feel angry, upset, or anxious, ask yourself - “am I in control of my reactions?” Today, I had multiple flights delayed, a missed layover, and a late night arrival before a busy week. At one point, I felt my blood boiling and then this quote came to mind. “I can’t control this, so why should I be angry about it?” I was able to adjust and really enjoy my time in the airport, and watching some .
