Here is the current line-up: Spring Edition! 🌼
What I’m using in Medical Aesthetics:
Daxxify - Newer brand of tox that can last longer, and have you heard about that peptide glow?! ✨
Vollure - current favorite dermal filler, this can switch often
Nad patches - injections were hard to keep up with and these patches last 12 hours - so much energy!
Microneedling - sessions every 4-6 weeks help with skin turnover and increase collagen and elastin naturally.
Food and Bev:
Matcha lattes with Oat Milk - makes the best ones in southie but often grab it
Protein smoothies - peanut butter, banana, vanilla protein, and some type of milk - or go to and get it made for you.
Ground beef as a meal - loving ground beef as a protein source right now and adding different ingredients to vary up the bowls. I add cheese, sour cream, salsa, and avocado and make a taco bowl.
Iced tea - Alway drinking iced tea in warmer weather. I feel hydrated, and a little kick of caffeine.

How I’m prepping for warm weather:
Sunscreen - hate to admit that I only started wearing daily sunscreen this year. I fight the dark spots and melasma so it’s a non-negotiable now.
LHR - doing a few spot treatments before the summer months with my NEW machine!!
Peptides - still so much to learn but slowly getting on the peptide train.
Face laser session - one more session to help remove the top layer / dark spots on my skin.
