We LOVE dance!

Congrats, Ava, Emma, Hannah, and Bridget, on sharing your works-in-progress and bringing in such a warm audience.

Have artistic needs we can help with? Beyond rehearsal and showing space, we’ve got a lot of resources for artists! Ava is a Human Movement Project fiscally sponsored artist, who (as a part of that program) is helping us work towards our mission of sharing more dance in Boston’s southwest neighborhoods.

Pulling ourselves through a holiday short week like…

Fun fact: it might seem scary to take some movement hours for yourself this week, but it’s hands down the best way to deal with the stress of a holiday! Full permission to get your sweat on.

So proud of this crew!!

Ten weeks ago they opted into our Run Series with Coaches Amy & Russell with the goal of getting through a 5k and/or upping their speed, and each and every human on the team showed up, did their homework, and crushed that goal. (Even if they didn’t make the photo!)

We had first races, PRs, and so much fun along the way. If you want in, stay tuned for the next series sometime this spring???

Big thanks to Russell & Amy for the incredible work, and to our friends at Roundhead Brewing Company for hosting (and sustaining us with pizza).
