BRRRR 🥶 it's cold here in Boston and I just wanna curl up on my couch under my heated blanket and watch cooking shows!!!

But that makes me sooo sleepy and sluggish & bloated..so if you want an EASY WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT THIS WINTER ❄️ keep that body moving 🙌

Commit to 20 - 30 mins a day..break it up throughout the day if you need to..join one of my LIVE ZOOM workouts for 30 mins. Any level can join in right from home.

Stay hydrated. Ditch the soda. (And the alcohol- sorry) Drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces (not all at once)

Consistency is key 🙌 to success. This is pretty much true for anything & everything in life.

Workout 3xs a week. Pick workouts you don't despise and that activate a variety of muscles 💪 It's gotta be somewhat challenging 😥 (it is workout..not easy out 😀)

Don't sit on your b***y for too long all day. Do non-vigorous activities throughout the day. Get your butt up every couple of houses. Get the blood 🩸 pumping and circulating in the body and move your joints and muscles around a bit.

Don't eat too terrible. That's fair right? 70% of the time eat better food that you ENJOY eating. If you don't enjoy it, don't eat it. When you want some pizza have some pizza. Don't eat pizza every night. Eat healthy fats, lean proteins, complex carbs. Lots of green veggies most of the time. CONSISTENTLY.

⭐️Get epic sleep. Go to bed at the same time every night (mostly) CONSISTENTLY

Enjoy life. Stay Consistent. Get rid of the diet mindset.
