Tomorrow (Saturday) 9am Pacific, Noon Eastern time I’ll be holding an online Supported Awakening session. Welcoming anyone who would like to join, close their eyes for an hour and re-connect.

My virtual classes have moved to donation-only this year. Any funds sent to me this month will go to LA area rescue organizations. Or contribute in any way you choose to a cause close to your heart.

To say that this year has been impactful would be an understatement. Every aspect of beingness: the personal, the professional, the spiritual, the communal—all have been radically transformed. Changes have been underway in the work for months, and now is the moment for sharing.

*ALL ONLINES WILL SHIFT TO DONATION ONLY*
Beginning in January, I’ll no longer require payment for online sessions. The commercialization of this work is not in resonance, so it is time to remove this barrier to entry for any who feel called to attend. Should you wish to donate, know that for all the years I have held sessions, all proceeds have gone to charitable causes. Supported Awakening is not a profit-making enterprise but a humanitarian one.

*WEEKEND IMMERSION*
The first weekend immersion of the year is Jan 18-19 at the Supported Awakening Studio near Boston. This is an opportunity to deepen in your own process, with specific self-inquiry processes and meditations, group exercises and more time in the energetic Supported Awakening container. Space is limited, and should financial constraints prevent you from otherwise attending, please DM.

*SPACEHOLDING*
I wish to empower those around me to begin to hold your own spaces in the coming year. This energy is and always has been yours, not mine, so if you are feeling pulled to share it with others an online study space will be held beginning in mid January with a live hands-on practicum to follow in June. There are no ‘levels’ in this training so new or experienced facilitators from all modalities are welcome to co-create. DM if interested.

The body remembers.

How to ride a bike. How to swim. Or ski. Or do the chicken dance.

Sometimes there are scars, a visible memory.

But the body remembers it all.

The heartbreak. The wanting to say something. The not being good enough. The pain too big to be present with so set aside for a later that never came.

But now. This body, my body, is unwinding all the unfelt, unexpressed, unwanted. Shame and sorrow. Guilt. Broken promises. Layers of fear.

Seeing. Feeling. Letting go.

There is a tingling. An unwinding. A freeing in process.

Decades of holding on is emptying, opening…

And what remains with each release is a kind of hollowness. Vast and unruffled. Stillness stretching out into the space left behind…

Until the next layer is revealed.

I couldn’t be more excited for this event.

This non-duality immersion takes everything I’ve spent this lifetime learning and distills it into a direct experience. It is not book learning, it is an immersive weekend of self-exploration. Expanded states of consciousness are brought within reach, and once accessed your perspective on life may be forever changed.

“On the second day of the immersion the material universe disappeared, leading my consciousness into empty space. It is time to announce that my husband Tap and I are leaving the Kundalini Activation Process brand. If you are in the KAP world you may already know that this seems to be the day for it.

We have been blessed to be a part of this community for more than four years. In recent months we have traveled to work with many of our colleagues across the country and have held space for others virtually worldwide.

In January I had the very strong feeling I needed to build a website under a new name. I went to work and just a few weeks ago Supported Awakening was launched. The represents what I feel Tap and I do best: holding a pure and loving space for people to awaken to the truth of themselves within an illusory world.

Recently I have been just in the right place at the right time to hold space for several of my colleagues as they navigate their own journeys of reclaiming their power and sovereignty in both their lives and through the field we all access in our roles as energy workers and facilitators. We collectively recognized that we have grown beyond what the KAP brand was able to hold.

In truth, no name is needed for the work that we do with source energy. Yet something new will be developed that will bring many of those I have worked with and hold most dear together again, under an umbrella that is less hierarchical and more collaborative and women-centric, more empowering for our clients, and with more ongoing support during the intertwined journeys of kundalini awakening and spiritual awakening. This will give us a new forum to collaborate and continue to evolve together.

So this is an end and a beginning. It is not a goodbye in the sense that our door will always be open to those we have met through KAP, who will continue on under that name. We are grateful for our teachers and the lessons learned, without whom we would not be doing this magnificent work.

Our classes will continue as they were, and what we and recent students have experienced is an incredible lightness in our transmission since making our decision. We look forward to holding sacred space for you if it calls.
