The Bias at the Bedside workshop is an innovative, experiential virtual 90-minute workshop for clinical teams to learn to be upstanders. This workshop experience offers evidence-based, foundational knowledge and role plays to provide participants practice in responding to different types of biased comments in the clinical setting.

This interactive workshop is operated through MGH Visiting, a program within the MGH Psychiatry Academy and the Division of Public and Professional Education in the Department of Psychiatry at Massachusetts General Hospital.
