Chyna truly cares about her clients and their success. She asks clarifying questions, embraces feedback, and stepped up to learn SBT — confidently navigating live, in-the-moment coaching to strengthen her skills.

She celebrates ALL the wins, even the smallest ones. Through patience, collaboration with her BCBA, and thoughtful food exposure, she helped a client transition from relying solely on Ensure to eating snacks and chicken within six months.

Small steps. Big impact. We’re proud of you, Chyna. 💙

Daylight Saving Time is near — and while we “spring forward,” even a one-hour shift can feel big for children who rely on routine.

For many individuals with autism, predictability and structure provide comfort and stability. Small changes — like shifts in sleep schedules or morning routines — may take extra support.
A few gentle reminders:
• Begin adjusting bedtime gradually
• Use visual schedules to preview the change
• Keep routines as consistent as possible

With preparation and patience, transitions can feel smoother for everyone.
Here’s to brighter days ahead. 🌷

March is Women’s History Month — a time to recognize the women who lead, mentor, advocate, and care within our communities. 💙

At Community Autism Services, we are proud to work alongside passionate clinicians, behavior technicians, supervisors, and caregivers who show up every day to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the families we serve.

This month, we celebrate the impact, leadership, and dedication of women across our centers — and the lasting influence they have on our field and beyond.

As Black History Month comes to a close, our commitment does not.
At Community Autism Services, we honor Black history not only by recognizing the past — but by continuing to listen, learn, uplift, and support Black voices within our teams, our families, and the communities we serve.

Equity, inclusion, and respect are not one-month initiatives. They’re values we carry forward every day.
💙
We’re grateful to the Black clinicians, caregivers, leaders, and families who help shape our community — today and always.

Today, we’re honoring all caregivers — the parents, families, and CAS team members who show up every day with patience, dedication, and heart. 💙

Care looks different for everyone, but the commitment to support, advocate, and care never changes. We’re grateful to walk alongside families and to work with a team that leads with compassion in everything they do.

One of the most impressive examples of Leslie’s commitment is her dedication to mastering new strategies and implementations, including SBT. She approached the learning process with enthusiasm — studying diligently, asking thoughtful questions, and actively seeking feedback to refine her practice. As a result, she demonstrated strong fidelity of implementation in a remarkably short period of time.

This approach has already led to noticeable improvements in behavior management across all of Leslie’s cases. Leslie’s proactive, responsive style continues to make a meaningful impact on her clients, families, and peers. 💙

Love lives in the small moments. 💙'

This Valentine’s Day, we’re celebrating the love shared between families and their children — in the quiet wins, the patient support, the routines, and the everyday moments that matter most. It’s that love that guides progress, builds trust, and creates meaningful connections.

Happy Valentine’s Day from all of us at CAS. 💙

If you needed a reminder today — this is it. 💙

Progress doesn’t follow a straight line, and neither does parenting. Showing up, advocating, and caring the way you do already makes a difference.

Connection isn’t one-size-fits-all.
Every child builds relationships in their own way — and every version of friendship is valid. 💙
