Today’s Tufts Students’ activity invited members to create paper flowers filled with positive affirmations—reminders of their strengths, resilience, and self-worth. Each person reflected on encouraging messages and shared them with the group, practicing turn-taking, active listening, and supportive peer feedback.

Through creativity, self-reflection, and uplifting conversations, this activity helped build confidence while strengthening connection, community, and a sense of belonging.
