Southwest Chicken Chili on repeat this soup season!
Ingredients:
- 2-3 zucchini, cubed
- 1 quart chicken broth
- 1 jar salsa Verde
- 4 ounce can green chilies
- 1 lb cooked chicken
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can beans (I used pinto beans)
- 2 cups, frozen corn
- 5 cups, chopped kale
