How We’re Giving Back
This season, we’re collecting food for the East Boston Community Soup Kitchen, which provides free, hot meals and essential support to our neighbors in need. Bring non-perishable goods to the office between now and Christmas!

We’re also raising funds for Stride for Stride, a Boston-based nonprofit breaking financial barriers in the running world by covering race entry fees for those who otherwise couldn’t afford to participate.

So whether you’re running, lifting, or just looking for a way to give back this season — join us. Because when our community moves together, everyone moves forward.

Look, I’m strength training! You should too!

It doesn’t have to be complicated — just consistent. Here are the basics I give runners who want to stay strong and durable.

11/17/2025

Ever had a provider tell you you’ve got the tightest [insert body part here] or try to “treat” you by seeing how much pain you can tolerate? Yeah… no.

You deserve care that’s more than poke-and-pray diagnostics. You deserve someone who actually knows how to assess what’s going on — and won’t make things worse in the process.

If this clip feels a little too familiar, you’re not alone. And you can find better care.

Boston runners + active humans: if you’ve been through this, come see what evidence-based rehab is supposed to feel like.

Deepen your relaxation with our 75-minute Restorative Yoga and Acupuncture Night.

Our very own yoga teacher and massage therapist, Caroline Pfeifer, will guide you through a restorative 55-minute practice full of supported yoga postures to promote deeper relaxation.

You’ll have time to luxuriate in each pose, giving your parasympathetic nervous system ample time to take over and provide stress and tension relief for both your mind and body.

You’ll end the session with an extended savasana, lasting about 15-20 minutes. During this time, Forward Spine and Sport acupuncturist Bryan Kent will perform acupuncture on participants to further aid the relaxation of the mind and body. You can expect acupuncture needles to be placed in targeted hand, forehead, and ear points.

Come join our workshop to decompress from the week and be refreshed and ready for the weekend ahead!

Bolsters, blankets, and blocks will be used to provide support in these passive poses. All levels welcome. The workshop will be capped at 12 students.

📣 FORWARD FAM! IT'S TIME TO MOUNT UP!⁣

One of our favorite and OG members of the the Forward Fam needs our love and support, financially if you are able! Cory has been diagnosed with a brain tumor that will require up to 1 year of treatment during which time, his job will be near impossible.⁣

Cory is an amazing hair stylist and runs his own business. We know how difficult it would be financially to be in his situation and we want to be able to support him in any way we can.⁣

Cory is not only a one of our most involved and beloved members, he is also someone who sprinkles his love and magic everywhere he goes. His impact in our community and the Boston community as a whole can be seen and felt everywhere! We love him and support him fully. Every dollar helps and if you can’t send money, send your love!⁣

If you want to help financially, visit the link in our bio 👉⁣

We love you, Cory!
