New classes New space! Every Sunday we are now at the children’s music center of JP in the brewery building at 284 amory street!

We will be teaching a Hypnobirthing class series in person this February at spontaneous celebrations community center in JP! Registration is open. Please share with local pregnant folks.
If this fills up I have a second instructor who may come in.. there’s so few in person classes happening.. we’re trying to bring them back!

the Hypnobirthing class will be in Jamaica plain at a lovely community center/ dance studio. It’s $350 for the series, plus $30 for supplies. That’s per couple. You can register at Vagaro.com/bostonhypnobirthandprenatalmassage/classes - go to the Feb 3rd start date to sign up! The $380 is for all 4 classes. Feb 3, 10, 17 and 18th

VBAC Birth Doula Services:
We are now offering a wonderful new doula package just for VBAC birthing persons.
This package includes a private Spinning Babies® class customized to address your previous birth experience and desires for your upcoming birth, Customized prenatal yoga with Rebecca Conant of OmBirths.com. Perinatal massage support to prepare your body, and birth advocacy sessions to help you learn how to advocate for your birth experience. We help clients find a VBAC support midwife or OB and do hypnosis for fear release to help them mentally prepare and address the body balance necessary for a better chance of trial of labor after caesarean (TOLAC).

Hi friends,
I’ve been busy this year diving into trainings to become a Spinning Babies Parent Educator. The Spinning Babies approach helps us teach our pregnancy clients how to bring ease into pregnancy and birth. How to make more room for baby, bring suppleness into your body, balance into your pelvis and fascial network. Understanding how to support the beautiful tool that is you through this whole process and have a more embodied and empowered pregnancy and birth! I hope all of you sign up to study this approach with me or one of my wonderful colleagues!
I’ll also be heading out for a training in Spinning Babies for bodywork in March, I’m equally excited to learn even more deeply how to use these techniques to support my massage and induction work.
