Why do I love Ellacor? Because this device allows me to improve areas which are difficult to treat with filler and other modalities. Marionette lines (circled above) can be tricky even for a plastic surgeon because removing too much skin during a facelift can cause the mouth to look distorted. You also don’t want to place too much filler in the area due to looking overfilled or the risk of it migrating.
