Holidays can be fun and exciting, but they can also feel hectic and bring up a lot of emotions around family. If Thanksgiving break is stirring up difficult feelings, try making time for yourself, reaching out to chosen family, getting some sunlight, and reflecting on the things you enjoy in life. All BU students have free access to the Headspace app through , which offers gratitude-based mindfulness activities.

Swipe to get to know the All Ears Team & see how they can be a peer resource on campus for you! Whether you’re struggling with academic pressure, adjusting to college, feeling lonely, sleep, or other stress, All Ears is a place to talk with another BU student who gets it and find a way forward.

This FREE program for BU students is a supportive, nonjudgmental space to talk with a trained peer who can listen to what’s on your mind, help you problem-solve, and help you explore mental health support available at SHS.
