If you spent the morning shoveling heavy, wet snow, your low back is probably feeling it right now.

Most snow-related injuries happen because of:
• Twisting while lifting
• Throwing snow over the shoulder
• Lifting too much at once
• Cold, tight muscles

Quick tips:
✔️ Push snow when possible
✔️ Keep the shovel close to your body
✔️ Bend at your hips, not your spine
✔️ Take breaks
