When I look at this picture, it brings me so much joy. How incredible to have 20+ mothers all in one space - sharing energy, loving-kindness, and the radical act of showing up for themselves & each other.

Freckle Face Yoga friend, Sarah, strongly agrees. The act of blocking out time and gathering with other mothers is a peaceful act of resistance, and one to be celebrated.

Connection isn’t about fixing ourselves to fit a mold. Instead it’s about feeling seen, heard, held, and understood.
