JPRC IS OFFERING A FREE CHAKRA SESSION WITH A PROFESSIONAL Energy Healer!
Here is what to expect and the seven Chakras we all have:

During a chakra energy healing session, you will typically lie down while Jen assesses your chakras. She may use techniques such as pendulums, dowsing rods. You may experience sensations of warmth, tingling, or deep relaxation during the session.

1. Root Chakra (Muladhara): Located at the base of the spine. Represents safety, security, and grounding.

2. Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana): Located below the navel. Governs pleasure, creativity, and emotional health.

3. Navel/Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura): Located in the stomach area. Associated with personal power, confidence, and energy.

4. Heart Chakra (Anahata): Located in the center of the chest. Governs love, compassion, and connection.

5. Throat Chakra (Vishuddha): Located in the throat. Represents communication, expression, and truth.

6. Third Eye Chakra (Ajna): Located between the eyebrows. Governs intuition, imagination, and wisdom.

7. Crown Chakra (Sahasrara): Located at the top of the head. Associated with spiritual connection, enlightenment, and unity.

Last night, we from the JPRC were beyond grateful to be in attendance for the MOAR - Massachusetts Organization for Addiction Recovery Boston Policy Forum. 💜

Recovery is REAL 💪

This was a showcase for that statement in full force. All the people and organizations that were present, care about our community and take action to service it.

Amazing people. More policies being pushed for the betterment of not just individual recovery, but recovery in the community as well. 🤟

Lael began as a visitor, contributed as a wonderful member for a while and now has been working here as a Peer Recovery Coach for over a year. 💪

Coming for new activities in April…

First up: “Sonnets & Sobriety” which is an open poetry mic night. Come one come all. Tomorrow, April 1st at 6:00pm. 🎤

Then we have: Every Saturday a member 💪 is now leading the “Creative Writing” group. ✍️

Next up: “Canvas of Clarity” art mixed with recovery is always a fun time. 🎨🖌️ on Wednesday, April 15th, at 6:00pm.

Friday, April 24th at 5:00: “No Buzz, Just Bloom: Spring Dance” 💃🕺 Right before “Fellowship Friday” 🍕

Wednesday, April 29th at 6:00pm: We bring to you, our new regular monthly group known only as “The Nerd Herd” and yes we are proud! 🤓 Come check out how we internalize different works of science fiction/fantasy into our own recovery. 💜
