Broken screw alert ‼️ patient presented with crown in her hand, intra-orally it was noted that the screw is broken inside the implant , screw removed using explorer tip and rotating counterclockwise very gently and patiently,screw was removed, new screw was used to place the crown again!

Challenging case, patient lost #9 for a long time, then had an appliance made couple of years ago ( see last picture) after evaluation, patient’s only interest was to take care of #9 , declining any orthodontic treatment. decision made to place implant with temporary crown to achieve good gingival contour , 3 months later, crown was delivered as always pictures taken
