Esophageal Cancer Awareness Association ECAA is a non-profit organization that is managed 100% by volunteers who are passionate about helping others.

Their mission is to provide outreach & services to communities abroad, including contributions toward clinical trials to find a cure. Esophageal Cancer is a devastating and aggressive disease. The ECAA is dedicated to offering help and advice to patients, caregivers, survivors, family members; in short, to anyone affected by the disease.

Most risk prediction models showed good performance in identifying individuals at high risk of esophageal adenocarcinoma. Validation in external populations and cost-effectiveness evaluation are needed before these models can be applied in public health and clinical practice.
