Practicing requires periodic breaks to recall our fundamental purpose. My time in Bali served as a reminder of my identity, my love for my profession, the joy of healing, and my inner drive. I am grateful to the lovely women who accompanied me on this journey of self-discovery, exploring the depths of our own hearts and those of one another, while bringing forth resplendent futures. Feeling angry or irritable lately ?
It’s not only common at the end of winter but happens every year when we are feeling the first signs of spring

Spring is coming and that means for many of us that the liver meridian is feeling out of whack


Spring is liver time and when we feel stuck in this energy we can be quick to snap at others, feel hostile or argue over small things.

Spring element is wood and we must learn to bend and be flexible so we don’t snap, act rashly then feel badly afterwards

To help soothe the angry liver mood you can eat a healthy diet, include the movement of your choice and add acts of self care to soothe the grumpies

Some beneficial foods to include for the springtime grumpies are bitter foods like:
( arugula, radish, dandelion greens )

Dont forget to reach out to your local acupuncture clinic
