Thank you to the Tufts Medical students for visiting our Adult Day Health Center and spending time with our seniors. 🙌🙌 We truly appreciated the mini concert. 🎤🎶 It brought so much joy, and everyone had a wonderful time! 💕💕

✨👪 We hosted a Family Caregiver Support Group last month! 👩‍👦✨ Being a family caregiver isn’t easy, so we wanted to create a relaxing space where caregivers could take a break and recharge. 💕 We had a great time sharing stories and enjoying a calming arts and crafts activity to help everyone unwind for the evening. 🙌🙌

We truly appreciate the opportunity to partner with National Council on Aging and AT&T to help our seniors build basic technology skills. 🙌🙌 This is a four-part monthly workshop series focused on simple and practical technology topics. ✨✨ In our first workshop, we introduced internet basics and helped seniors understand what a web browser is and how search engines work. 👵💻✅

If you would like more help or have questions, we offer office hours at Quincy Tower every Thursday from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Stay tuned for our next workshop!💕💕

At our Memory Garden last month, we wrapped up the year with a collaborative arts and crafts activity. ✨🎨 Our seniors chose their favorite holiday of the year and worked together to create a collage filled with joyful memories, welcoming the new year with creativity and warmth. 🎆🎉🙌
