As a Patient Centered Medical Home, we strive to provide patients with timely access to the right care, at the right place and at the right time. We collaborate with other organizations to connect patients with a comprehensive range of services and continuity of care, and cultivate these partnerships to meet the changing needs of patients and our community. We value caring for everyone with dignity, respect, and compassion, reducing cultural, financial and other barriers to care, and eliminating health care disparities for our patients. We also advocate for the needs of our patients, the community, and public health causes.

We are pleased to report that the Brighton medical department expansion is almost complete! Next up come the inspections from the Department of Public Health after which we should be able to begin using the new space. When the project is complete, we will have 7 more medical exam rooms and a new nurse station to help us see more patients and provide more access to care for our community. This expansion will add capacity for more than 5,000 new medical visits per year and the addition of a residency program.
