Full day of eating on”just a run day”
Some days I eat more because I’m hungry from lifting and running. Some days I just run and do some yoga. Today I focused more on carbs and sugars before my run, and then replenished with proteins for the later half of the day 😊 that last bit of food was a sweet potato taco haha (sweet potato base with chicken and black bean taco meat, avocado and lettuce).

Eating in quarantine!
If you swipe through the photos you’re gonna see some green specs in my second bowl of oats.
It’s been a long time since I had a bowl of ZOATS. That’s right with a z. If you’re new to my page you probably don’t know that I used to eat zoats everyday sometimes for breakfast lunch and dinner (a bad habit as this is a safe food for me). Today I was just CRAVING it post workout so I went with it.
What are ZOATS you ask?! Zucchini oatmeal duuuuuh. Shred that zucchini and cook it with your oats. You can’t taste it when you add sugar free maple syrup and cacao powder (and peanut butter of course).
Also let’s all LOL at how I captured that YouTube video with my coffee 😂

Maybe I shouldn’t have used a clear glass bowl for this one 😂
Base: 1/2 c oats, chopped dates and raisins, and some almond milk.
Add a blend of flax seeds, chia seeds and h**p hearts. Half a banana sliced, and some strawberry-banana Greek yogurt for added protein!
