join us the morning after the Boston Marathon for a gentle, feel-good flow designed to give your body exactly what it needs! this intentional yoga class will target tired legs, tight hips, and overworked muscles while supporting circulation, mobility, and overall recovery.
led by Teagan (yoga instructor + marathoner on her six star journey), this class is rooted in real runner recovery by someone who truly understands what your body needs post-race. 👏
