• her advice for anyone coming to class:
"start where you are, not where you think you should be. options are always available, and the goal is to leave feeling stronger, more grounded, and supported. come in with an open mind and give yourself permission to tailor up on some days, or take breaks and slow down on others. the focus is to always listen to your body and trust that you’re exactly where you’re supposed to be."
