Growing up in an Italian household- where food was love, and cooking brought the family together- I was fortunate enough to learn from my mother the tricks to preparing a delicious quick and healthy meal on a busy schedule, for a busy family. I learned that with simple fresh ingredients, some straggler items you have in the pantry, and a creative mind, a quick, wholesome and delicious meal could be effortlessly prepared. I have a passion for good food and believe that wholesome healthy cooking is the key to happy mind and soul. Join me as I share my take and tips on preparing delicious, simple, healthy food, on a budget, in a pinch.
