I am currently implementing 2 active rest days Weds & Sun.

There is nothing worse than going to the gym looking around and having no idea what to do, so I really hope this helps some of you create a plan for your week of workouts and stick with it for a minimum of 8-10 weeks.

Make sure to progress in those movements each time whether that’s upping the weight, increasing the volume, slowing down those reps or improving your form ‼️‼️

There is nothing worse than going to the gym looking around and having no idea what to do, so I really hope this really helps some of you create a plan for your week of workouts and stick with it for a minimum of 6-10 week, progressing in those movements each time whether that’s upping the weight, increasing the volume, slowing down those reps or improving your form.
