I am currently implementing 2 active rest days Weds & Sun.
There is nothing worse than going to the gym looking around and having no idea what to do, so I really hope this helps some of you create a plan for your week of workouts and stick with it for a minimum of 8-10 weeks.
Make sure to progress in those movements each time whether that’s upping the weight, increasing the volume, slowing down those reps or improving your form ‼️‼️
