Hi friends! I’m glad you’re here.

My name is Cait, and I’m a coach and pelvic health therapist specializing in chronic pelvic pain.

After years treating folks with complex conditions, I realized traditional models of care weren’t working. I created Embodied Resilience, a coaching framework based in pain neuroscience and somatic integration, to support clients with tools that work for life.

The Embodied Resilience approach isn’t a protocol or a quick fix. It’s a facilitation of creating a communicative and responsive relationship with your body and finding foundations of safety so that you can move towards activities you that you find challenging.

I’m a pelvic floor therapist turned pain recovery coach and writer who believes in both the neuroscience and the woo. I’m deeply invested in joy and connection with myself and the people I love.
